Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Mohair Bear Making Supplies. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods:

Online transactions are processed through Paypal via a secure server. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Orders can also be placed whereby we can accept payment via cheque or postal order. Please do not send any credit card details through the post.

All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within fourteen days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. We do not hold goods on back order, if we are out of stock you will need to re-order the item with your next order.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within FOUR working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the Mohair Bear Making Supplies appointed carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Mohair Bear Making Supplies and are proud of the quality that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it;

# Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day

# Contact us via email or telephone.

# Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 7 days of receipt.

# All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.

# We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery for goods under £30.00 or Special Delivery for goods over £30.00.

# If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

# This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

#Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error, or if the item(s) is/are damaged or defective.

As soon as we receive the item(s) back we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item within 30 days of your notification. For more information on your right to withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, visit the Department of Trade and Industry's website

Products, Prices & Content

We endeavour to ensure that all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, however sometimes they may vary. We therefore accept no responsibility for incorrect images and/or information. If however you find a mistake with an image or product specification please notify us.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

All information on our web site is updated regularly. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Mohair Bear Making Supplies until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order etc.

The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.

We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing us.

Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. An opt-out option is available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter we may send you.

In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Our website cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .
